How a Focused Project works

One project

We choose one part of your bigger vision and give it the time and attention it needs. Instead of trying to move everything forward at once, we focus on what matters now and work together to get it moving.

Clear focus

We agree on a clear outcome, what the project will cover and where it will finish. From the beginning, you know what we are working towards and what belongs within the project.

Practical support

This is more than talking through ideas or leaving you with another plan to carry out alone. We make decisions, bring the right pieces together and do the practical work needed to move your project forward.

You get the support you need without signing up for ongoing coaching or handing over the day-to-day running of your business.

Where is your project

Every Focused Project is different, but most begin in one of three places. You do not need to decide which one fits before getting in touch. They can overlap, and we will work that out together.

Clarify It

You have ideas, questions or a sense of where you want to go, but the direction is not fully clear yet. We sort through what you already have, make the direction clearer and decide what comes next.

Shape It

You know what you want to create, but need help working out how it all fits together. We give the idea structure and create the words and other pieces it needs.

Bring It Into the World

The work is already taking shape or may be nearly finished. We complete what is left, decide how people will hear about it and get it over the line and out into the world.

What to expect from your Focused Project

Each project will be shaped around what you want to achieve. The exact details will be set out in your proposal before we begin.

Your project will include

Time to talk through your vision, ideas and questions.
One clear outcome and an agreed focus for the project.
A clear list of what we will work on and create together.
Hands-on help bringing the agreed pieces together.
Agreed ways to keep in touch, review the work and make changes.
A start date, finish date and final handover.

Keeping the project focused

A Focused Project is not ongoing general business coaching or day-to-day social media management. Work that sits outside the agreed project is not automatically included.

If a new idea or need appears while we are working, we can talk about it and decide whether it belongs in the current project or could become a separate piece of work later.

What happens when you tell me about your project?

1. You tell me what you are thinking

You begin by completing a short form. You do not need to have everything worked out. Tell me what you would like to create, change or move forward and where you feel you need support.

2. We talk it through

If it sounds like something I can help with, we arrange a conversation. We look at what you want the project to achieve, what is already in place and what working together could look like.

3. You receive a clear proposal

I put together a proposal explaining what the project will cover, what I will help you create, the timeframe, the fixed fee and how we will work together. You can see exactly what is included before deciding whether to go ahead.

4. We get to work

Once we agree on the project, we set the dates and begin. We stay in touch, make decisions together and review the work at the agreed points along the way.

5. We bring the project to a close

We complete the agreed work, make sure you have everything you need and finish with a clear handover. You can then take what we have created and carry it forward in your business.

Support that understands the person behind the business

When you are a healer, spiritual practitioner or heart-led entrepreneur, your business is often closely connected to who you are, what you believe and the work you feel called to bring into the world. As you change, your offers, message or online presence may need to change with you.

Healing and spiritual practices have been part of my own life for more than 15 years, and I have worked with heart-led business owners across a variety of spiritual and healing fields. I understand why practical business decisions cannot always be separated from what is happening within you.

I also bring practical experience across offers, websites, content, email, promotion and many different kinds of launches. This helps me see how the pieces connect, what may be missing and what needs to happen next.

Your work will not be squeezed into somebody else’s formula. We use your ideas, experience and way of working to find a clear, practical way forward. Where it is useful, AI can support that process, but your judgement, values and knowledge of your work remain at the centre.

What will a Focused Project cost?

Focused Projects start from €497.

The final cost will depend on what you would like us to work on and the support needed to bring it together.

After our conversation, I will send you a clear proposal with a fixed fee for the whole project. You will know what is included, what we will create and what it will cost before deciding whether it feels right for you.
